After sitting vacant for nearly two decades, Tim and Nicole Engle purchased Papago Circle—a Mid-Century Modern gem that, while beautiful at first glance, revealed years of neglect upon closer inspection. Thus began a meticulous restoration that transformed the property into the showplace it is today.

We started from the ground up—and the roof down. Removing the original roof exposed seventy years of deferred maintenance, all of which we carefully corrected. Decades of debris were cleared, and we rebuilt the home's infrastructure with intention and precision. Every HVAC vent and interior register was replaced and enlarged to support the new, high-capacity system. Flexible gas lines were upgraded to permanent piping, and all recessed lighting was securely anchored and sealed. We reinforced the roof structure with new crossmember supports before installing an entirely new roof system.

The exterior was equally reimagined. A new dining deck seats ten and captures breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains—dramatic even at night when the mountain is softly illuminated. An outdoor kitchen with a shade structure connects seamlessly to the indoor kitchen via a disappearing window, making true indoor-outdoor living a reality.

The landscaping, designed in a clean Mid-Century palette of grey, white, and black, is both elegant and low-maintenance.
